Because we are a company based in Australia sending goods overseas, unfortunately custom taxes will sometimes be charged on your parcel upon its entry to your country
Unfortunately customs charges are beyond our control as they are set by the local government in your country. Therefore all customers outside of Australia may be liable for any customs and import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements as well as additional fees from the courier. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We can not be liable for any customs, import duties or any other additional fees you may be charged. 
With customs policies varying widely from country to country, we’re unable to give an answer as to what your customs charges in your country are and what the threshold for importing Bath and Body products into your country from overseas/internationally.
