As our products are of a personal care nature we do not accept returns or exchanges of unopened, opened, and/or used products.
We also do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, you are liable for the scent/items you purchase. 
If your product is returned to us, you are liable for any shipping costs incurred. 
If you receive faulty or damaged products; or receive the wrong order please get in touch with us within 30 days of purchase.
