What is your policy on faulty product packaging, such as sprays not working correctly?Updated 5 months ago

Our team is actively working with suppliers to resolve any issues regarding the functionality of spray pumps and product lids. 
If you have received a product with a faulty pump, please send us a picture of the defective item (within 30 days of receiving your order) so that we can pass on the feedback and determine the best course of action to rectify the situation. Our customer service email is - [email protected]
