You will receive a Tracking ID if your order has been dispatched.
It can take several hours for the tracking activity to update. We recommend giving it 12-24 hours before checking your tracking status.
You can track your package using the provided URL. In case of any delays or if the tracking does not update, please allow some time due to possible lag in the tracking system.
However, if your order is still being processed in our warehouse, we ask you to kindly be patient and keep an eye out for your Shipping Confirmation email.
We aim to dispatch orders within 3 business days, but it can take up to 10 business days.
