My tracking states that my parcel is being returned to the sender. What should I do?Updated 5 months ago

Please email our Customer Service team at [email protected] so they can create an enquiry with the shipping carrier to find out why your parcel has been returned to the sender. 
Be sure to include your full shipping address in the email so we can confirm if it was sent to the correct address and we can ensure it is reshipped correctly once it has been returned to hideAWAY HQ. If your order has been returned to sender due to not being collected from the LPO, we will be in touch with how to proceed
