As we make and pot the products ourselves not only will the products all differ slightly but so will each batch. If you believe you have received a faulty item or the batch is not correct please email our Customer Service team at [email protected].
Please note, every fragrance will react differently on your skin and this is due to everyone having their own level of natural body oils that when combined with an essential oil or fragrance oil will always smell a little different 💜
