I have not received an order confirmation or any further communication, what should I do?Updated 5 months ago

Make sure you check your junk/spam folder in case it has ended up there. If you still can not find email confirmation, you may have entered in your email address incorrectly or used a different email address. 
Please reach out to our team at [email protected] so they can resend it to your correct email address. Make sure to include your full name, email address and order number if you have it
Orders placed using certain email servers can have issues receiving emails from us. 

If you have a @dodo, @optusnet, @bigpond, @iprimus email address please send us a message on facebook or instagram so we can send you confirmation via a different channel 


Please note - Shipping confirmation and tracking details can take up to 10 business days to receive, as per our shipping policy
